Changing Meds Again
I’m changing meds again.
Lately I can’t leave the house without forgetting something essential. Not once in a while—every time. Wallet, phone, something I needed to return, whatever it is, it stays behind. I’m dropping things, running into furniture, mistiming steps like I’m out of sync with my own body.
It’s subtle, but persistent. Enough to notice. Enough to know it’s time for an adjustment.
Meanwhile, word has been getting out.
The phone repairs I was quietly doing for friends have started expanding—friends of friends, then people I don’t really know. It’s been steady, and mostly manageable. And then came the flood of gear. Out of nowhere, people started handing me used tech—old consoles, routers, office hardware. No explanations, just “figured you could use this.”
All told, about $2,000 worth of repairable or resellable stuff. I didn’t ask for it. It just showed up.
So here I am. Switching meds. Forgetting basics. Slowly building a small tech salvage operation out of good timing, word of mouth, and whatever this current phase of life is.
Not sure what direction this is heading in, but it feels like movement. And that’s enough, for now.
